3.200 volunteers from 148 countries are registered by the Global Diabetes Survey.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for visiting our website. Currently, diabetes care is offered and described with considerable diversity in the global context with only a few direct comparisons either between the different countries, or among regions within a country.
With your help we would like to shed some light on this matter.
In accordance with the Global Diabetes Survey once a year a standardized survey is conducted by with patients, general practitioners, specialists and other health professionals, researchers, politicians, economists, health insurers and all persons who are interested in the quality of care for diabetes.
Our aim is to create a global platform for transparently mapping the variety of diabetes care. Therefore we want to encourage as many people as possible to participate in order to identify and improve diabetes care.
This year's survey focuses on self-management programs and initiatives in individual countries. This survey will be conducted in cooperation with the EU Diabetes Literacy Project.
For this purpose we would very much appreciate your help!
Please register at www.globaldiabetessurvey.com and answer the questionnaire about diabetes care once a year.
We thank you in advance for your participation.
